I wrote an article about ghosting. It’s a sad result of a tech-prominent culture. People are held less accountable for their actions. Unless you outed your manager on Facebook or sent an email to everyone in the company, there’s no ramifications for not responding. Which, to do so, would be a bit over the top. So that’s where the problem lies. Ghosting is so minimal but cause a deep sting. Not enough to be labelled as a bad person but enough to hurt the person ghosted.

But if you believe you did a good job while working there, that’s all that matters. Great article!
